The Dienamic MIS Inventory module allows you to manage the materials you purchase. It avoids delivering late jobs due to delays waiting for material you thought was available in your plant. The Inventory system also forces all employees to be accountable for the materials they use thereby eliminating waste and theft. The Inventory system allows you make allocations at the Order Entry stage or at any other time time. Select the material required. Notice it displays the Quantity on hand and the Quantity already allocated or set aside for other jobs.
The Inventory system allows you make inquiries on any materials in the system. The system is updated anytime a material is allocated from Order Entry, actually removed from inventory on the Shop Floor and if new material is received at the shipping dock.
The system offers many reports such as Material Usage.
If you have a great deal of Inventory on your Shop Floor it can represent a significant asset and therefore the system provides Valuation Reports.
The following screen shows the screen required to withdraw Inventory from the system.
