The BHR Program can be very detailed in that you could enter all exact costs or you can get started very quickly by taking the numbers from your financial statements.

Either way you will quickly get accurate hourly cost rates for all your production assets.

The following demonstration will show you the type of information that is required to be entered to get accurate hourly rates.

The first screen is a summary of your company information. You can either very quickly get started by taking the figures of your company's Financial Statements and enter the Totals in this screen or you can enter all the details in the reat of the program and allow this screen to summarize the results for you.

First set up your general company information i.e floor space, levels of productivity, General Factory wages and benefits and Administrative Wages and Benefits.

Enter the Specific Factory Overheads such as Rent, Insurance and taxes

You can now enter all your Administrative Overheads

Next enter the Cost Center information for each piece of Production Equipment

Next set-up all the various benefits that you offer to your employees

Now group those benefits into the different plans you offer your employees

Now set up the employees

Once you have set up the employees and which cost centers they work on you are now ready to determine what it really costs you to run the pieces of equipment that are in your plant.

Now you know the true costs of running your equipment. The program is also very useful to make purchasing decisions. If you purchase a new press, add an extra shift or raise wages - this will all effect the cost of your machines.  This software will allow you to evaluate the effect you make for one piece of equipment will have on the other pieces of equipment
