The Dienamic MIS Software Inc. Scheduling module allows you to manage your Production Resources to their maximum efficiency. It allows to plan your jobs to minimize downtime and maximizes your ablilities to meet the ever increasing time deadlines that your customers force you to meet.
The Software makes all estimates available to the scheduling module. If an estimate becomes an Order the estimate can be turned into an Order and the Estimated Hours will be transfered to the Scheduling Program. First select the Order that you want to Schedule.
Once you have selected the Job you want to schedule you can view the Tracking Centers for that job and the Estimated Hours that were transfered from the Estimate Module. This screen shows all the Estimated Tracking Centers on the left and the details for a specific center on the right. Simply enter the date in and date out for this tracking center and place the starting schedule status.
Dienamic's scheduling system tries to warn you of potential scheduling problems as early as possible so that you can adjust your schedule or advise your customer as soon as possible. To this end the Scheduling software has many warnigs - such as scheduling work on a week-end. You can schedule the work but you are advised as soon as possible of the conflict.
The Scheduling Software will also indicate when you are overloading a Tracking Center. In the setup of the Scheduling software you will define the number of Production Hours available against each Tracking Center. When those allowable hours are exceeded the software displays the following message. This ensures you are aware of the Overtime situation or to adjust the schedule to prevent problems with missing the Customer's deadline.
When conflicts as per holidays, week-ends or overtime arise the Dienamic Scheduling program provides tools to allow you to quickly and easily adjust the schedule to the decisions that have been made. This tool allows you to bump the entire schedule X number of days forward or back.
This tool allows you to complete a range of jobs. The Dienamic Scheduling software can be directly linked to the Shop Floor Data Collection system that will update the schedule with the data input from employees on the shop floor. The system can also be updated by collecting tracking slips several times during the day and having an input clerk enter these into the system. Obviously the integration with the Shop Floor Data Collection system is high recommended.T
The Dienamic Scheduling system also allows to view the scheduling information in many formats that make it easier for plant employees and production personel to analyze the information and make decisions that will ensure the smooth running of your plant. The first view is a detailed screen for each tracking center on each day.
The Dienamic Scheduling Software replicates the scheduling board found in most production offices that displays the days of the week and the Tracking Centers. This provides a very quick visualization of the hours booked for each day of the next week. Just as effective as the jobs booked is the jobs that are not complete as per the schedule. The screen below displays the hours for jobs that have not been completed as per their due out dates
The Software can also display all hours currently booked against each tracking center for each day.
If the software identifies a problem you can drill down into the Tracking Center to identify the jobs making up those hours.
If you want to see the tasks required on a certain job simply double click on the job and all the tasks wil be displayed.
