The Dienamic MIS Ticket (Order) History program will become your central command center for information on any job. The Ticket History module will allow you to answer any question that you aor your customers may have we the quick click of a button.

The Ticket History Module will start up and allow you to filter the jobs, both in process and completed, by a number of options.

By defining the customer and the date range you can quickly narrow the scope of your search.

As with any of our modules you can use the Filter/Sort Tool to access any field in the Ticket History program to find a job. For example if you knew that the description contained the world Letterhead you can use the Filter/Sort tool to access only those estimates that match that criteria.

Once you have found the Job you wish to to make an inquiry you have the buttons at the top of the screen that will quickly deliver the information to you. The buttons at top of the screen are defined as

 

                        Packing Slips   

                        Invoices         

                        View Ticket       

                        Notes

                        Problems

                        Changes    

                        Tracking

 

Simply access the Job in question and press the Packing Slip button. You immediately get a summary of all packing slips issued for that job.

Press the Invoice button. You immediately get a summary of all Invoices issued for that job

Press the View Ticket button. You immediately get an image of the Order.

Press the Notes button. You immediately get a listing of all notes on the job.

Press the Problems button. You immediately get a listing of all problems experienced on this job.

Press the Changes button. You immediately get a listing of all Changes made to this job after it was openned in Order Entry. All Changes are Date/Time/Employee and Reason stamped.

Press the Tracking Button and you can utilize the real-time data collection software to find out the exact status of You immediately get a listing of all problems experienced on this job.
